WET-DRY COOLERS (DRY COOLER)

They are designed according to cooling capacities with less noise level and energy consumption. Dry type closed circuit water coolers are used for cooling process water with outside air. The water temperature obtained in dry coolers depends on the dry bulb temperature of the environment; chilled water can be obtained up to about 5°C above the dry bulb temperature. Depending on the area of use, it can be vertical, horizontal, sandwich and V-type. We produce alternative solutions for low cost, low energy consumption and difficult climatic conditions in Dry Cooler products. It is generally used in different areas of the plastics industry such as injection, extrusion, thermoforming and blow moulding, as well as in processes such as cutting oils, welding process, mould, casting, machine tool industry, chemical processes, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, paper and cement, vacuum systems, power supplies, power plants, semiconductors

• The cassette material is galvanised steel coated with epoxy polyester based electrostatic powder paint providing UV and corrosion protection.
• Both fan compartments are separated from the other two fan compartments by sheet metal plates, preventing energy loss caused by the reversal of stationary fans.
• Each fan compartment has intervention covers for cleaning.
• Tested at 25 bar pressure.
• Compliance with IP54 standards suitable for outdoor environment.

• Optionally, automatic water spraying system pulverises water from the nozzles to the inlet air, saturating the inlet air with moisture and bringing it closer to the wet bulb temperature.
