STANDART TYPE EVAPORATOR

Our standard (CUBIC TYPE) cold room evaporators are produced in SK (3/8), SM and SO (1/2), SN and SP (5/8) models with 4-6-8-10 (mm) pitch with a wide capacity range. Our ceiling type cold room evaporators are produced in CK (3/8), CM and CDM (1/2) models with a wide capacity range of 4-6-8 (mm) pitches in one direction in small-sized rooms and in two directions in working environments and where low air velocities are preferred.

• Evaporators are formed by arranging aluminium lamella material on copper tube (H22).
• Products are manufactured with 4-6-8-10-12 mm pitch range.
• Production is made with different geometries using 3/8, 1/2, 5/8 copper pipes.
• Optimum circuiting is done by considering pressure losses.
• In order to prevent cutting in the pipes, the mirror sheet material is designed as aluminium or with snap cap.
• Copper pipe is used as inlet and outlet material.
• Refrigerant inlet is provided by using a distributor.
• Electrostatic epoxy oven powder paint with increased UV protection and temperature resistance is used on the cassette material.
• Optionally, casing can be made with film coated aluminium or stainless chrome sheet.
• Stainless multigrip pop rivets are used as fasteners in casing.
• B1 and B2 electric defrost system can be applied according to the conditions of use.
