COMMERCIAL TYPE CONDENSER

Our air cooled commercial type and industrial type condensers are manufactured to be suitable for installation and operation in outdoor conditions. CMKK, CMKL, CMKS, CKK, CKL, CKS in 6 different series as commercial, UKC, UYC, V-UKC, V-UYC series in 4 different models are offered to your service as industrial. Our commercial type and industrial type condensers appeal to many different application areas with their wide capacity range. It can meet all small and medium-sized capacity needs in cold storage, cooling cabinets, industrial kitchen cabinets and air conditioning applications. In the production of our condensers, the arrangement of the fans can be made as single row and double row.

•Condensers are formed by arranging aluminium lamella material on copper tube (H22).
•Products are manufactured with a pitch range of 2,1-2,5mm.
•Production is made with different geometries using 5/16, 3/8, 1/2 copper pipes.
•Optimum circuiting is done by considering pressure losses.
•In order to prevent cutting in the pipes, the mirror sheet material is designed as aluminium or with snap cap.
•Copper pipe is used as collector inlet and outlet material.
•Electrostatic epoxy oven powder paint with increased UV protection and temperature resistance is used on the casing material.
•Stainless multigrip pop rivets are used as fasteners in cassettes.
•Battery test pressure is 36 bar.
•Maximum operating pressure is 28 bar.
